Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator is not your traditional accelerator program—it’s a next-generation acceleration initiative. The program focuses on reimagining enterprise innovation through partnerships with startups that foster co-development and co-innovation, where we all win. Oracle offers residential and non-residential startup programs, allowing Oracle to work with global startups throughout all stages of their growth and development.

Companies on the programme who are growing include:

We started Gapsquare in 2015 to bring data science smarts to the challenges of the workplace gender pay gap. The World Economic Forum came out and said it was going to take 117 years for the global gender pay gap to close! We thought that this was too long, so we started thinking about the way that technology is disrupting the way we work, the way we travel and the way we communicate so why not use disruptive technology to tackle inequality?

The UK Government started to discuss making it mandatory for companies to report on their gender pay gap and as the conversation about the gender pay gap began to gather momentum, we decided to develop a piece of data-driven technology to make it easy for companies to comply with the UK regulations whilst at the same time challenge and change the way that they think about diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace.

LettUs Grow® is a Bristol based start-up designing irrigation and control technology for vertical farms. Our mission is to reduce the waste and carbon footprint of fresh produce, enabling anyone to grow delicious food near its point of consumption. Our small but passionate team of engineers and horticulturists collaborate to design the next generation of technology for the vertical farming industry.  Since being founded in 2015, the company has been developing an industry-leading aeroponic system, with integrated control software, which has demonstrated substantial yield improvements over the industry status quo. We are now entering an exciting period of business growth, establishing larger scale crop trials and beginning sales to vertical farms around the UK. As our team is growing rapidly, we are looking to recruit a diverse range of passionate employees that are ready to hit the ground running at this exciting start-up.

We believe brands are powered by their communities. The real people who buy, build and embrace your products can offer authentic stories that portray your brand message in the most unique way.

At Sauce, we empower you to collaborate with your community around the world and create these stories together to inspire the world. Our mobile platform gives you the tools to build the most powerful, resourceful video team to realise your brand’s creative vision.

Snap Tech leads consumers to exactly what they want to buy online through visual search. From using social media content as inspiration for a search, to discovering alternative items within a retail catalogue. We work with retailers, social media providers and publishers to achieve two main goals: to make the online shopping experience as satisfying as shopping in the real world, and ultimately to add to their bottom line through increasing conversions or providing brand new revenue streams based on your existing content.

Duel uses cutting-edge machine learning and machine vision tagging technology to help brands and retailers acquire and convert online, using branded content their customers have made for them. Duel helps turn customers into brand ambassadors, content creators and advocates – and manages, amplifies and moderates it for brands at enterprise scale.

Interactive Scientific creates immersive digital-science learning and research tools using a range of devices, from immersive virtual reality to applications. The company has created Nano Simbox, a digital and virtual platform that brings to life atoms and molecules, which allows for complex concepts to be more easily visualised for the purposes of education, training and research.

iGeolise has created the TravelTime platform that makes maps and data searchable by travel time, rather than distance. TravelTime has two types of customers: consumer-facing websites that hold location-specific content e.g. jobs, properties, hotels, and companies wanting an analytics tool to determine catchment areas, plan business relocations, retail portfolio planning, proximity marketing, and supply chain logistics.

Trail is a simple, smart checklist for effortless operations. It’s designed to guide teams through their day with repeat processes and automated integrations, delivering business actions from finance to compliance. Helping every site hit the same high standard, and driving profitability with everyday efficiency.

Our People

What excites me most about the tech scene in Bristol and Bath is the collaboration and innovation that’s coming out of the region. There’s so much going on using big data, blockchain, cloud adoption, Iaas, SaaS, machine learning and AI, Internet of Things and smart cities – it’s a very exciting time.
